These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AiWorksBD blog (aiworksbd.com) and the AiWorksBD API platform (aiworksbd.com/api, "the Service"), operated by AiWorksBD ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AiWorksBD provides (a) a technology blog with AI-curated articles, and (b) a paid API platform offering OpenAI-compatible chat-completion endpoints backed by third-party AI models (Gemini, GLM and others). API access requires an account and a valid API key.

2. Accounts & API Keys

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise. Sharing API keys publicly is prohibited — keys found abused will be revoked without notice.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys.

3. Plans, Billing & Access Periods

• Free Trial: limited token quota (currently 500,000 tokens / 30 days) and rate limits, subject to change.
• Paid plans (Monthly / 3-Months / Yearly) grant access for the stated period from the activation date — e.g. Monthly = 30 days, 3-Months = 90 days, Yearly = 365 days. Access is subscription-based, not lifetime.
• Payment is collected via our authorized checkout partners (including Whop) or manual methods (bKash / Nagad / USDT). Manual payments are activated after verification, usually within a few hours.
• Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for new purchases; existing active subscriptions keep their terms until expiry.

4. Fair Use

"Unlimited" plans have no token quota but carry a per-minute burst rate limit (currently 600 req/min) to protect shared infrastructure. Automated abuse, reselling raw API access without written agreement, or circumventing rate limits may lead to throttling, suspension, or termination.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Digital access already consumed cannot be returned, but we review every request in good faith.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal content, spam, malware, harassment, or infringement of third-party rights.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service, probe other users' data, or misrepresent AI output as human-certified advice (medical, legal, financial).
• AI output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for verifying it before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

Blog content is original and copyright-free as described on the site. API responses are generated by third-party models; you may use them in your products subject to those providers' terms. The AiWorksBD name, logo, and site design remain ours.

8. Availability & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We target high availability but upstream model outages may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current subscription period.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service anytime; active subscriptions are not auto-refunded (see Refund Policy).
