AiWorksBD ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on aiworksbd.com and aiworksbd.com/api and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash (never plaintext).
• API usage data: request timestamps, model used, token counts, status codes, IP address — used for billing, quotas, abuse prevention, and analytics.
• Payment data: transaction IDs / sender numbers you submit. Card/bank details are processed by our checkout partners (e.g. Whop, Stripe) — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Blog analytics: page views and standard web-server logs.

2. How We Use It

• Operate accounts, enforce quotas, detect abuse, and provide support.
• Aggregate, anonymized statistics (never sold).
• Legal compliance when required by law.

3. AI Prompts

Content you send to the API is forwarded to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Top Tools AI / GLM) to generate responses. Do not send passwords, secrets, or other users' personal data through the API. We do not use your prompts to train models.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie (aiworksbd_api) and a 30-day login cookie (api_sid) to keep you signed in, plus language/theme preferences. No advertising trackers.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) payment processors to complete purchases, (b) AI providers to fulfill API calls, (c) authorities when legally required. We never sell personal data.

6. Security & Retention

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed; API keys are random tokens you can revoke anytime. Usage logs are retained for billing and abuse analysis. You may request account deletion via news@aiworksbd.com — deletion removes your account, keys, and personal identifiers (aggregated usage stats may remain).
